I’ve stayed at ALOT of rentals and this was by far one of the best . Very clean organized and everything you would want your vacation to be like. The views are amazing and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. Hosts are responsive and kind! We would stay again!

Beautiful location

This home is very well outfitted and immaculately clean, with a fantastic river view and patio. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very nice. It was a perfect location for the work we needed to do while in Post Falls.

Beautiful home!!

This house was beautiful, comfort and convenient! The decor was impeccable and the view of the river was stunning! I loved the fully fenced in back yard and privacy feature. The gas logs keep us warm and cozy the whole time!

Perfect rental

The house and amenities were wonderful. Location is private and gorgeous, and still very convent. Hosts were easy to deal with and always helpful. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Location

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location, right on the river for our early Thanksgiving meal with family. Since it was late November and rainy, we were not able to appreciate all of the amenities, including the river, playground, and yard. The view of the river was gorgeous!

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. There were several nice welcoming gestures in the house for us upon arrival. The house has a great view of and access to the river. The house was clean and had everything we needed. They even had some fun video games! We were there in the winter, so didn't use the other fun things they had for enjoying the water but this would certainly be wonderful in the summer. The location was incredibly quiet, making for some sound sleeping. It's wonderful that they allow pets.

One of our favorite places

This was our 2nd stay at the River house and we absolutely love it here. It’s one of our favorite places to get away and make memories as a family. The house is always clean and very well stocked. The yard and playground are great for our dogs and kids. We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic hosts. Excellent communication and the property was amazing. The hosts provided toys and grames for children and adults alike. The view of the river was fantastic, even better than the pictures. There is plenty to do within a short distance. We would definitely book again.

Great, private location on the Spokane River

The property location served as a great base for exploring the CDA area. The home is super clean and the design and furnishings were wonderful. We had everything we needed and the owners were easy to communicate with. The shuffleboard table was an added bonus and we had so much fun. The outdoor area is amazing and great for relaxing with a front row view of the river. Highly recommend.

Amazing house and great host

The river house is beautiful. Very well decorated/furnished, and stocked with everything we needed, plus some fun toys, games and outdoor activities for the kids. The yard was great for our dogs. The river is an incredible view. We even got to do some fishing on it. We’ll definitely be returning!

Home away from home

This was our 4th stay at the river house and it’s really become a home away from home for us. Andrea and David are wonderful hosts. The house is in an amazing location right on the Spokane river with easy access for fishing and kayaking. The kids absolutely love the playground, frisbee golf, shuffleboard, etc. House has all the amenities and extras you would hope for. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Post Falls/Coeur d’Alene area!

Beautiful & Clean

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of amenities, they thought of everything. We contacted the owner because the refrigerator was a bit too warm, he came out right away to help and then followed up and returned with a repairman to fix the issue. Everything was lovely. I wish the property had a little more shade, it's in full sun but there are some umbrellas to sit on their cute outdoor furniture. We would stay here again and we would also recommend it to others.

Wonderful Home!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Lundy House. The home was just as pictured, the view was amazing and the play space was in great shape. Our kids loved playing outside. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck and waking up to the view. The entire home was super clean. A lot of times you walk into a rented home and the space feels old and dingy. Our experience here was the exact opposite. We felt right at home and confident that we were staying a safe and well maintained home. We would absolutely love to stay here again.
