O cardapio do café foi excelente, tinha grande variedade e todos os dias tinha algo diferente. A piscina estava sempre limpa e agua em temperatura muito boa. O quarto sempre limpo e os funcionarios muito simpaticos em especial o recepcionista Flavio.

Hotel é o verdadeiro básico bem feito. Não tem estrutura para crianças, não tem brinquedo, não tem fraldário não tem onde lavar as mamadeiras. Os funcionários são exelentes. O café é simples, mas muito gostoso, tem tapioca ao vivo.

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência. Fiz a reserva de um quarto de LUXO com vista. A vista dependeria da disponibilidade. Se fosse piscina, jardim ou praia. Chegamos na acomodação tarde. Mas foi avisado por mensagem o horário que chegaríamos. Nos deram um quarto velho, sem reforma, não tinha vista e mal tinham janelas. Fiz uma reclamação com a recepção e disseram que era o único quarto disponível e que eles sempre faziam isso. Vendiam o quarto como quarto de luxo enquanto é um simples, e muito simples quarto standard. Não havia nenhuma tomada no quarto para carregar celular. Uma única tomada no banheiro. Meu marido carregou o dele e depois eu carreguei o meu. Quando fomos tomar café, o salão estava lotado e não tinha onde sentar. Tivemos que comer em uma mesa na recepção. Em relação a isso foi até tranquilo. Mas pagar caro por um quarto de luxo, e nos colocarem um quarto horrivel, foi simplesmente decepcionante. Tenho certeza que jamais faria um comentário assim, se tivessem cumprido com o que prometeram. A vista dependia de disponibilidade. Mas o quarto de LuXo não. É feio venderem uma coisa e entregar outra. Se não conseguem acomodar todos os hóspedes nos quartos de luxo, não peguem mais reservas. Não é justo a pessoa pagar por um quarto de luxo e dormir em um quarto que valeria menos da metade do valor. Não recomendo.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, certamente voltaremos a nos hospedar com vocês! Sugerimos algumas melhorias, mas que não interferiram em nossa estadia ser boa, só melhoraria ainda mais! 1. Garagem coberta, ou pelo menos uma parte (pois quando está chovendo fica ruim de colocar as malas no carro que foi o nosso caso rsrs). 2. ⁠No nosso quarto a TV não era smart, como estávamos com criança ficou um pouco a desejar.. Tirando isso tudo certo! Muito bom, estão de parabéns! Funcionários prestativos e educados! Nota 9,5 só por isso rsrs

Péssima experiência

Entramos para o quarto e logo percemenos que as roupas de cama não haviam sido trocadas, estavam cheias de pelos. A camareira veio e trocou. Na saída o recepcionista nos perguntou se não havíamos consumido nada no frigobar, disse que não, ele me pediu para aguardar porque ele iria conferir se realmente não havia consumido. Achei extremamente rude.

Foram duas situações, na chegado o rapaz da recepção foi inoperante e não me deu o quarto da reserva paga, me deu um quarto ruim, banheiro sujo, sem vista (a reserva especificava vista praia), não foi uma boa experiencia, porem, no dia seguinte pela manhã, a recepcionista foi extremamente gentil e eficiente, trocou o quarto para o correto com vista para o mar e tudo se regularizou. Cama cinfortavel, banheiro bom, cafe da manhã bom, localização excelente.
