Recomendo e voltaria

As fotos do anúncio são 100% fiéis, de forma que destacarei o que elas não mostram. Pontos positivos: A construção da casa foi concluída no fim de 2021, todo o mobiliário e eletrodomésticos são novos, inclusive o ar condicionado split em todos os quartos. O silêncio nos quartos é absoluto, fechou a persiana, ligou o ar e a qualidade do sono é garantida. A piscina privativa da casa era limpa diariamente. Fui na segunda quinzena de janeiro de 2022, ainda na alta temporada, sendo que a área comum do condomínio (piscina e churrasqueira) estava livre o tempo todo, praticamente éramos os únicos que utilizavam o espaço. O condomínio é muito tranquilo, não tem barulho de festas ou bares. Não faltou água, o que é frequente em cidades turísticas como Arraial D'Ajuda, o reservatório do condomínio e da casa é suficiente. Pontos negativos: Na churrasqueira privativa da casa bate sol a tarde inteira, impraticável pro churrasqueiro neste período (use a coletiva). A escada Santos Dumont, apesar de bonita, é íngreme e impraticável para idosos (tem um quarto no térreo). Faltam armários para as roupas nos quartos, há somente bancos para apoiar as malas (leve pouca bagagem) e para os mantimentos na cozinha. Dentro do condomínio só cabe um carro por casa, do lado de fora (na rua) tem vaga para mais uns quatro ao todo. Pelo critério de avaliação do site, a casa é cinco estrelas. Pelos pontos negativos que citei, dou nota nove. Recomendo e voltaria.
