Apartamentos grandes - bom pra grupos

O local é ótimo para quem vai em grupo pois são apartamentos bem grandes a um ótimo preço. Então, fica baratinho. Mas tem que ir de carro, não é na parte central de Trancoso. E praticamente não tem serviço. Queríamos pedir coisas no quarto, não tinha telefone. E a TV não estava funcionando. Mas, é aquilo: é um lugar pra pouso, depois de sair bastante, compra comida, bebida, deixa lá na geladeira e se serve (tem cozinha). É bem grande mesmo o apartamento.

Café da manhã fraco com tapiocas frias que já estavam prontas. Ovos mexidos ficavam em pratos de vidros que ficavam gelados.No Cafe da manhã, música altissima de baixo nivel com letras horríveis. A cama tinha um colchão muito duro com pouco conforto e teve um dia que não fizeram a limpeza do meu apartamento que estava com o banheiro alagado devido a ausencia do box.Enfim,precissm treinar os funcionários.

O apto q fiquei tinha cheiro de mofo, a porta não abria direito não tem limpeza diária, falaram que era de 2 em 2 dias mas só vieeram no terceiro dia quando reclamei. A cozinha é pouco equipada e o que diz que tem na cozinha não corresponde a realidade. O banheiro foi reformado e está igual as fotos. Estão fazendo novos apartamentos, mas poderiam gastar um pouco para manter os atuais.

Positivos: Cordialidade funcionários, utensílios cozinha novos, arrumação do quarto, toalhas boas, qualidade excelente da wifi, mata nos fundos do apto contato gostoso c a natureza. Negativos: * ar condicionado muito fraco (quarto c pé direito muito alto, então o ar cond deve ser mais forte para refrigerar o ambiente),ar condicionado da sala pinga no sofá deles. * não existe tv a cabo (só globo) então leve seu notebook se precisar ver algum filme, viajei c 2 adolescentes; * seus problemas só são resolvidos no dia seguinte, pelo menos tentam (o aparelho de tv deu problema, o técnico vinha e no final ñ veio e no dia seguinte pedi novamente as funcionárias do café que tb esqueceram, minha salvação foi ter levado o notebook; * vaso banheiro entupiu, não tinham bomba de desentupir, usamos um balde emprestado pela funcionária. * má gerencia (se existir), os funcionários se esforçam para resolver problemas q deveriam já ser antecipados e programados pelo gerente. Se tiver gerência q delegue responsabilidade q possam ser sanadas pelos funcionários. Fiquei apto 6 prédio azul, último andar, perto da mata, muito fresco mas não pudemos abrir as janelas por causa de pernilongos. Portas e janelas c frestas é bom levar um repelente. Quarto de solteiros não tem ar cond. ficou um cômodo inutilizado.

Caso essa reserva não for cancelada estarei processando todos envolvidos, Trancoso Residence é uma farsa. Não existe uma estrutura de atendimento, os quartos são sujos, sem roupa de cama e toalhas, paresea mofadas, o ar condicionado vaza agua dentro do quarto, não tinha luz no quarto, a TV não funciona, todas avaliações positivas deste estabelicimento só podem ser Fake. Na verdade a estrutura encontrada trata-se de empreendimento mobiliario falido. Com apartamentos inacabados e alguns que sao alugados por uma pessoa que desconhece no negocio de hospedagens. Não indico meu pior inimigo passar uma noite nesse lugar infernal.
