Great Portugal Hotel!

Best hotel as it is more like a studio apartment with kitchenette (refrigerator, etc) and within walking distance of the river, highly recommend and would stay here again, a little confusing how to get there by walking from the train station but probably could have taken a taxi from the train

Super cute apartment hotel. Staff are great. Awesome location. Skip the breakfast as it's a bagged affair and not very good. You're better off walking down the street to find something on the water.

A two minute walk to the riverside or if you are crazy an hour and half to the coast. Yes we did and slept really well😂 Good quality fittings, some ageing gracefully. Excellent friendly helpful staff. The roof terrace has great views. I’d forgotten my trunks so didn’t try the spa pool. Great central location to explore Porto. Muito Obrigado

Really perfect spot to stay near Porto. Very walkable, near a pedestrian bridge right into the main tourist part of the city. Lovely appartement, breathtaking view of Porto across the water. Only cons: The unit needs a little TLC, and the shower is tiny, needs to be updated. - overall, great! Wonderful people working ther,e too.

First off, Sandra from reception was extraordinary! Above and beyond helpful and made our stay that much better. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to everything you would want to see. Rooms were clean and felt new/modern. Definitely returning. Parking is included but a little bit of a mission to get to, but Sandra came with us and guided us the entire way! Such a sweetheart!

This is a perfect affordable option without compromising comfort and is very eco-friendly at that. It was indeed a home away from home and more close to living as a local than other mainstream hotels. The staff are more than willing to help answer any questions and provide tips for exploring this beautiful city. I fell in love with both the accommodations and the place.

Dirty Room All Around

Besides bearly impossible to find, check in was ok. We asked to leave our bags so we could park our vehicle (another hour of frustration since they dont offer parking in their facilities), and to also leave our bags at front desk while our room was ready. Upon returning, many hours later, our bags were still unattended in the lobby. Anyone could've taken them. We hauled our bags to our room, which was nothing short of disgustinly dirty. Floors weren't swept nor mopped. Stains on toilet seat, on sink, hairs all over our sheets, you name it! We complained with reception, but she offered herself to do it. We felt awful making her clean our room, so we refused. I would not recommend this hotel.
