Our apartment was spacious and clean. There were 63 stairs to get to our place, but we needed the exercise. Just beware if you are mobility challenged. Staff is very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

Great place for a couple

Location was great. Walkable to metro and significant sites. There is traffic noise, but much reduced from the center. Hugo made sure we were able to get in regardless of when we arrived, the place was clean and comfortable, good hot water for showers, comfortable bed. There are 63 steps up from the street. The only suggestion is to provide some basic foodstuffs like olive oil, salt, pepper since there is a kitchen.

Spacious apartment in downtown Porto

This is a very nice property which has been remodeled and updated. Great kitchen but it could use some curtains; same thing for the dining area. Modern appliances and beautiful design. For us, the drawback was the stairs--lots of them for an apt. on the second floor; for other people it might not be an issue. Also, the bathroom did not work well--the towel holder was far from the sink, it was quite small, and it really needs a shelf to store small items. The only mirror in the apt. was in the bathroom and there were not very many convenient outlets; given the age of the building, it was probably done as well as possible in this area. It also lacked a place to store your suitcases in the bedroom--a long bench or two holders would have been ideal. The bedroom faces a very noisy street, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Despite these small details, overall it is a really nice and spacious apt. and I would recommend it.

Great location just outside the main tourist zones

Appartment was very spacious for two and very modern. The owner greeted us and allowed us to check in early at 9:30am. Who also gave us plenty of tips and recommendations around the local area and short trips accessible via Metro. Local area has some good places for coffee, drinks and dinner. From the appartment everything to see or do can be accessed by foot within 45mins.
