Fantastic apartments

Amazing apartments. Pleased we upgraded to garden room with a private terrace area. Location excellent, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. It is very peaceful and relaxing, pool area lovely. There was only one problem. We tried to order a breakfast basket on second day and they said it was too late and had to do on first day. This wasn’t made clear when checking in and there were instructions on reception stating you had to order before 7pm night before for delivery of a basket the next day. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here.

Clean and spacious, with a well equipt functional kitchen area. The garden apartment was quiet and relaxing with a nice shady patio area and easy access to the pool and loungers. The pool was lovely and the temperature surprisingly warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we were able to check in early and they looked after our cases after checkout and let us use the facilities before our late flight home. Great communication prior to check in ensured our arrival went smoothly.

Honestly couldn’t have been happier with this property- the staff were so friendly and nice, made us extremely welcome. The property itself was stunning and in such a good location. Swimming Pool was perfect size. Safe to say I would stay again and recommend to others

Disappointing

So we have been here before twice. Great location. Has a pool….but the whole place was scruffy!!! My bathroom door did not shut. The shower was grim. The shower head was 7 feet up and I am 5ft 1”. So I could neither reach to get down or feel the power / heat so far down. Communal kitchen now locked from 9am onwards. No coffee or tea. Very very poor. Will not go back. Must say the staff were lovely.

Perfect for exploring Porto

Great location from which to explore Porto and enjoyed having the mini-courtyard outside the room. But the there is little sound insulation in the ceiling so if you have inconsiderate neighbours upstairs who stomp about, you will hear every footfall. Plenty of places to eat nearby and also a supermarket. The off-street parking, albeit at a cost, was useful.

Great location

Very cool building and great location. Room was spacious, but a bit chilly and not very soundproof. Onsite parking was convenient and cost less than other hotels in Porto.

Little Oasis

The apartments are part of a house that is a little oasis in Porto with a nice garden to relax in. The wine bar next door is great bonus. We stayed in the studio, which was great for our needs with a comfortable bed, lots of space and mini kitchen. Check-in was easy with someone there to meet us and there was no problem leaving our bags on our last day. I'd recommend this to any of my friends who were visiting Porto.

bnapartments is a great place to stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. We had our own sunny courtyard and access to the beautiful garden, lawns and pool. Staff were great too, and the location fantastic. Would happily stay art bnapartments again.

The pool and garden are a fantastic retreat from the heat of the city. The rooms are cool and well equipped. There's no full-time receptionist but staff are always contactable and will go out of their way to help you. Lovely place!
