I enjoyed the hotel and surrounding areas of Porto.
Staff was amazing. Room was ready early - a great benefit to travellers who came from distance. The location was more in business district than the city center. That was the only less than ideal aspect. There were also noisy drunk revellrs on terrace one night until midnight -- it may have not been at Fenix per se.
