OUR HOUSE (with hot and cold AC) - In the center of Gaia
In "Our Little House" all guests are very welcome. We love to receive! And we want our guests to feel at home: happy and comfortable.
"Nossa Casinha" is a large and cozy house, which has been completely renovated thinking about the best comfort and well being for our guests. It consists of a suite, living room, kitchen, toilet and a covered patio. It is equipped with all appliances: fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and microwave. And all the equipment needed to prepare and serve simple meals. Bed linen and towels are available.
The house is situated 100 mts. from Gaia main avenue and from D Metro Station. John II
Guests can walk, by metro or bus, to El Corte Ingles, or visit the Port Wine Cellars in the iconic Ribeira de Gaia. You can also visit the Serra do Pilar Monastery, right next to the Luis I Bridge, with a magnificent view of the Douro River. Or, cross the Luis I Bridge and visit the city of Porto, with a mandatory stop at Livraria Lello, considered one of the coolest in the world; climb the Clérigos Tower and finally have tea / coffee or a meal in the stunning and historic MAJESTIC Café.
Coming from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, you can take metro line E (violet) to Trindade Station, then change to line D (yellow) towards Santo Ovídio (Gaia). And get off at stop D. John II (stop right after El Corte Ingles). Then just walk 100 mts. and find "Our Corner". However, just outside the metro, the hosts will be waiting to greet you!
The area where "Our House" is inserted is covered by all kinds of commerce: banks, pharmacies, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, butcher, fishmonger, fruit shop, etc ...

Situation géographique idéale pour découvrir Porto et sa région. A quelques minutes à pied du métro qui dessert les endroits touristiques de la ville, ainsi que la gare permettant d'aller visiter Aveiro, Braga, Guimarães, etc... en train !
Appartement coquet, soigneux, très bien équipé, conforme à sa description et aux photos, proche des commodités usuelles.
Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et accueillants, disponibles pour nous rendre service.
Attention à l'absence de parking pour ceux qui viennent en voiture mais des solutions existent ...

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários. A casa estava muito bem equipada, e fica numa zona calma e de onde se pode ter acesso aos principais pontos (de Gaia e do Porto) bastante facilmente.
