This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. Although it is located on the ground floor, guests need to climb stairs to reach the building, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.

It is designed with open-plan living, sleeping, and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a sofa bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave and a Delta Q coffee machine.

The sleeping area is only separated by an open wall. It includes a queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area in Vila Nova de Gaia is close to several key attractions. Just a short distance away are the famous Port Wine Cellars, where visitors can enjoy guided tours and tastings of the region’s iconic wine.

Nearby, the riverside promenade at Cais de Gaia offers stunning views of Porto and the Douro River, perfect for a scenic walk or dining by the water. For panoramic city views, Jardim do Morro is also close, offering a peaceful spot to relax, especially at sunset.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Viterbo Campos (lines 901 and 906), is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
