Enjoyed the Hotel and the staff. Room was nice, except bed on the firm side. Service was good except for deceptive advertising about 17:00 to 19:00 Happy Hour at the front of the Hotel. My wife and I made a point to visit the bar during that time and each enjoyed a single cocktail. To our dismay the price was over 31 euros! This would be extremely high price without the "Happy Hour." With the "Happy Hour" this was shocking. When we complained we were advised that the special (being advertised in February) was "only good during the summer." The staff checked with company management who elected to not do anything to help. They (the management, not the staff) evidently value the few extra euros over the good will of their guests. This experience soured an other wise nice stay.

It was convenient for being close to most things.. Ubers are easy, walking around to all things as long as good shoes and lots of people all the time.. Hotel is fine for European hotels go.. rooms are mostly smaller but breakfast is good..

Was very good hotel stay and great location. Bit weird but they don’t do any milk sachet for rooms and when you ask at reception for some milk for in room drinks you get told to go to the bar and you get charged for milk for the room.

It is an amazing location, walking distance to pretty much everywhere. I wish the windows were bigger and (for a 4 star hotel) there was more attention to the cleaning specifically in the bathroom.

After fully paid to stay with a confirmation email from Expedia, we were forced to pay again to the hotel before we could leave. Totally frustrating experience that led us to nearly miss our flight home. Expedia billed and collected $411CAD on Sept 2 and Hotel collected same amount on Sept 4 before letting us leave. Totally bizarre.
