The shower floor is damaged and urgently needs replacing. The apartment itself is centrally located in Ribeira and functionally furnished. Communication between the building and the apartment is excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator is currently out of service.

Perfect : The location could not be better. In the centre and in a 'busy' area, but not a single noise in the flat. Everything was very clean, very comfortable and nothing was missing. Very kind treatment of Marie, although not in person, very attentive by whatsap to any need. Without a doubt, we would repeat. The only downside is that the check-in is not possible before 15.00h, but she warns you in advance and there is an option to keep your luggage.

Good location and good for a few days of stay. Glad there was good/strong A/C for the hotter days. Some minor issues include broken garbage lids (which was fine, we just kept the lid off) and the flooring on the patio needed fixing and was a bit dangerous, but overall we didn't use it much so it didn't affect our stay. Unclear that we were expected to throw out garbage upon check-out (not in the email with checkout instructions so make sure to do that). It was a very quiet location with a big patio which was very nice to have and perfect for 2 people. Very easy check in. Felt safe because of multiple door locks. Good to have a salt/pepper/oil/vinegar for simple meals and kettle/detergent/sponge/stove/oven/microwave.

Absolut herausragende Lage, super ruhige Wohnung. Wirklich schade.
