Passei 1 noite com minha esposa e filho. NEGATIVOS: banheiro sem Box ou cortina, tomávamos banhos e alagava tudo. O banheiro não recolheram os sabonetes e shampoo do hospedes anterior. Gelaria com refrigerante do hóspede anterior. POSITIVOS: estacionamento próprio e amplo, funcionário solicito. Café da manhã bem simples. Cheguei às 23:00, praticamente dormi e fiquei até umas 10:00. Mesmo com os empecilhos que poderiam não ter ocorrido, para dormir me atendeu.

É uma pena um hotel nessas condições de limpeza... É tudo muito sujo, banheiro em péssima limpeza, me parece que são anos de sujeira acumulada. Roupas de cama e toalha de banho são limpos até, mas em outros aspectos, é terrível, pela estrutura do hotel, pode ser que já foi bom um dia, mas atualmente, é precária a situação.

O quarto estava bem limpinho, mas o banheiro precisa dar manutenção. A torneira ficou saindo água o tempo todo, um desperdício, a porta do banheiro precisa ser higienizada, parecia ser mofo, o vidro da janela quebrado. Quanto ao atendimento, creio que ao entregar o cartão de acesso ao cliente, o correto seria acompanhar ou ao menos explicar como liberar o acesso. Tivemos que voltar na recepção 2x para pedir ajuda, então um rapaz foi até o quarto mostrar como funcionava. Cada local é uma forma de usar esse tipo de dispositivo, então o correto é auxiliar o hóspede.

Horrível!

Quarto totalmente diferente das fotos, mofado, cama desconfortável. Televisão sem funcionamento, chuveiro sem uma CORTINA SEQUER. Pedi para que me trocassem de quarto, ou arrumassem a televisão ao menos. Atendentes foram estúpidos, e simplesmente falaram que o melhor era eu sair do hotel. E foi o que fiz.
