O Hotel em si, gostamos até, so a questao do estacionamento, que comprei as diarias com vaga para o carro chegando lá nao tinha vaga disponível. Mas o Hotel de muita coerência com o cliente, nos devolveu valor referente ao estacionamento. Em geral gostei.

Ao fazer a reserva pela internet, informa que o check in será às 13h. No entanto, horas antes de fazer o check in enviaram mensagem (ZAP) informando que o check in tem início às 14h, ou seja, a diária desse hotel tem 22 horas de duração; Lâmpadas queimadas e armário de colocar roupas danificados. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor e com mais opções, considerando o valor da diária São minhas observações

Horrível. Cheguei cansada do hospital a noite e não tinha sido realizada a 2° reserva que pedi na manhã do mesmo dia. A qual me foi informado pra ficar tranquila que estava tudo certo! A desculpa da atendente é que a outra atendente do turno, era estagiária!!! Ou seja, nem pra treinar bem os funcionários se prestam! Chuveiro gelado, nao só do meu quarto mas tambem ouvi outros outros hóspedes reclamando. Tive que sair a noite cheia de malas pelo centro da cidade que é extremamente perigosa. Enfim, péssima experiência. Fora a falta de educação da atendente que levantou o tom de voz comigo! Não tem nem comunicação com a recepção no quarto. Também não possui secador de cabelos e Não tem café da manhã. Os cobertores são furados (queimados) de cigarro!! Lugar claramente despreparado. Desrespeito com consumidor. Falta de empatia e falta de educação dos funcionários!

Péssima experiência!!! Não recomendo. Dentro do frigobar, na borracha ao redor da porta, estava extremamente sujo e cheio de baratas, que se esparramavam pelo quarto e armários. Vários insetos mortos e muita sujeira pelo chão do quarto. Ar condicionado em péssimo estado e muito sujo também Televisão não funcionou Os funcionários tentaram resolver nos mudando de quarto mas as condições eram as mesmas e a camareira atenciosa ofereceu um tubo de inseticida que tinha duas gotas de produto para passarmos a noite Acionaram o supervisor do hotel para tentar solucionar o problema da Tv e comprar um inseticida mas ele nem sequer retornou. As portas do quarto não passam segurança e o local muito menos. Foi uma noite de terror!!!! Nem tomamos o café da manhã que tínhamos direito porque estávamos enojados com o local e doidos pra sair dali!!

Quarto espaçoso e muita simpatia

Hotel é no geral muito bom, simples, mas cumpre o q promete, o quarto espaçoso,.porém tinha algumas coisas de manutenção como por exemplo a cortina não estava fechando direito uma das luzes estava queimada no quarto e o banheiro estava com bastante mofo no teto. No geral não me incomodou mas acho que não custaria dar uma atenção para esses detalhes. A cama confortável o ar condicionado bom, a TV só tinha um canal disponível mas como eu levei o meu Chromecast não foi problema. O café da manhã super simples mas bom. No geral é um bom hotel para quem busca preço e uma qualidade que compensa. A limpeza no geral estava bem boa. O ponto alto deste dia foi a simpatia da atendente que fez de tudo para nos agradar muito querida com certeza deveria receber um aumento hehe.

Horrível, nunca é um hotel com nota 8,2

O hotel estava com uma nota de 8,2 e pelas fotos parecia um hotel novo. Mas o hotel é horrível, móveis velhos e estufados, a tampa do vaso sanitário estava quebrado, cama úmida (parecia que estava suada), teias de aranha. Enfim, horrível pela nota e fotos, a hoteis.com deveria avaliar melhor os hotéis e suas notas (procurei hotel com notas maiores que 8 e me apareceu essa desgraça)
