The room was clean upon entry but the under bed was not. It looked like it had bugs on it or maybe dirty? I’m not sure but regardless we decided not to use it. I loved how big the room was, the girls said they tried the pool but it was cold, it was fine though. The breakfast staff by far exceeded my expectations. The gal restocking and cleaning everything was so kind, patient and attentive to everyone. She heard me talking about wanting a straw for my baby and she went ahead and got one for me and brought it to our table. No questions asked. Then she heard my baby crying, and she started playing with her to make her happy. Overall I was just very satisfied and happy with the staff.

I made a four-night reservation and believed I prepaid for the first night. It turned out I could leave early. After the first night's stay I went to the front desk at 10:30 am and explained that I wasn't staying anymore nights. I was charged for a second night and refunded two nights. So apparently, all four nights were charged to my credit card. Given I arrived early in the morning, I believe the remaining three nights should have been refunded.
