After 3 hour drive front desk was telling us she can't find our reservation took us almost over 20 minutes checking in. We feel no extra effort on her side to look for our reservations eventhough I am showing her the text and email sent by orbitz with Itinerary. She said that will not work but did't even offer any help that the confirmation # that she needs is on the email. she just keep on saying we dont't have your reservations you need to call orbitz and on the other hand before I even book this hotel I was trying to call orbitz more than 5 times earlier that day for question and no answer no available customer service it was bad on orbitz side. so when she told me called orbitz I told her its really hard to go through so I feel so helpless its been a while since we book in a hotel due to pandemic we drove 3 hrs and someone telling us we don't have reservation eventhough we already showing her the proof. I though I was scam. I have young kids wanted to rest. At the moment I didn't feel "marriot known class customer service". And she even told me if we can't find my reservation I have to book directly and pay again and deal with orbitz. We feel unwelcome because we book through orbitz. Next the room is a Ok. I feel like it was not clean and sanitize accordingly especially with a worldwide pandemic we are IN. When you select a room while booking one of the perks suite will fit 2 adults and 3to 4 kids because there was a sofa bed with a pull out. it was nasty with stain

Awful, we arrived at night, I could barely understand what the front desk lady said, she spoke very softly and we asked her to repeat and she kept talking in the same way, we got to the room and it was dirty, the pool was closed by the covid, I understand the rules but I consider they should be put on the website to be aware that there is no pool, on the contrary they announce that their hotel has a pool and hot tub. The "clean" towels in the room had long hairs, you have to order breakfast and that was something they never told us. overall it was a very bad experience

Parking was a breeze. Bathrooms could use a bit of updating but rooms were nice and spacious

AC in room was noisy. But the front desk staff and others were cordial. Room didn’t have correct alignment of tv, it was in middle of the room btw couch & bedroom and couldn’t be turned completely on either side to view. Cleanliness was ok.

We stayed at this hotel for four days and enjoyed every one of them. The breakfast buffet is good although not very varied, maybe changing it up a bit would be good, not worth taking a star off though. The room was comfortable and clean, WiFi access worked well and we had no problems with anything. The pool and spa were nice although they ran out of towels twice and we had to request more at the front desk. They took care of it. Overall, I'd have no issues with staying there again. Thanks!!!

The hotel was clean and nothing less of expectation.

This "Marriot" hotel looked like they bought a old Motel 6, painted it and called it a Marriot. The rooms are cheap, the window shaker style air conditioners are so loud that when I turned mine off to try to sleep, all the rest kept me awake. Just bad.

Though only in the hotel briefly, the room was clean and huge. I had a view of the coastal range. Kids were having a great time in the pool. Breakfast was typical. A bit more variety would be great: more fresh fruit, Greek yogurt. Expensive considering it is in the suburbs.

Plenty of room for our family of four with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Otherwise we were looking at suite which cost a lot more with enough beds to accommodate. Complimentary breakfast added to the great value. Pool and hottub were very clean. Close to food and shopping.

The hotel is situated in a very nice location, it is close to restaurants within walking distance, parking was adequate, the hotel lobby is very inviting. Our stay was very quiet which is what we needed. There was not one negative thing I can make a comment about. Great Stay!

The location couldn't be better for our purpose (visiting friends who lived nearby and checking out Portland). Everything you could need is nearby / within a reasonable walk or drive depending on the weather and your reliance on automobiles. The MAX station isnt too far away, either and that's an awesome way to get to the city. Tucked-away from the major roads inside a circle of strip malls, it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were well-appointed and always clean when we returned from visiting/sight-seeing, even after we woke up VERY late one afternoon.

This is about the best a Marriott gets, and I mean that in a positive way. The hotel is newish, clean, quiet, with nicely designed rooms. The location is excellent, a short drive from all sorts of stores and the light rail. And staff was very friendly. A great find. As a seasoned user of hotel complimentary breakfasts, this is the _only_ one I've been to that included PAM spray next to the waffle iron to keep the waffle from getting all sticky - a sign of their level of service and thoughtfullness.

springhill was very clean and the roomy, a king with sofabed! it's super convinant in the area, restaurants, coffee shops, grocerys.. 100% recommond!

The clean, quiet room and the breakfast was so good.

Accommodations, dining and staff were top notch. We have already made reservations for our next visit.

great hillsboro hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for four days and enjoyed every one of them.
