Best place i have ever stayed in the Pacific. I travel with work, and even though my office was in town decided to stay here as i want a saltwater dip every morning. You cant get that in the town. And it is so easy to get anywhere from Nasama. Buses go past every minute. Theres a little shop across the road for essentials. And Cafe Villa, the restaurant is superb. I took the AUS10 breakfast deal and you het a real espresso coffee + eggs any way or fruit or french toast...unheard of in the Pacific. The rooms are large. You know youre in a tropical resort. The bed is comfy. The kitchenette has everything you could ever want. They have a 2-tiered saltwater pool + a natural sandy pool you can dip in low or high tide. I was in heaven. At high tide you can snorkel over the reef. The only downside was that it can be windy. But if it is, you just go to breakas or Paradise Cove. Or Erakor Island which is 2 minutes and a lovely free ferry ride away. And the staff....amasing. Sorted anything you wanted out. Too happy to help. Just lovely people. I was here for 3 weeks so i pretty much met them all. Its great value. And the perfect quiet respite you want after a busy day doing other things. Just book it.

This was our first trip to Vanuatu and the hotel was booked through our travel agent so we didn't know what to expect. Nasama was everything we could've asked for and more. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We chose to eat in a few nights and had all the amenities necessary to do so. We had two adults and an 8 year old in our room. Rooms have aircons and also mesh doors (to keep the bugs out but we didn't seem to have any bug/mosquito issues when when we were there). The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and were always happy to help with recommendations with a very big smile on their face. Our room was cleaned every day. We loved the pool - with an incredible view of the sea I might add - as well as the tidal pool on the beach. We swam in both!! It is a short trip out of town costing 150 Vatu for an adult and 50 Vatu for a child. We liked that we were a few minutes outside of town and you never wait longer than a few seconds for a bus (minivan) to be collected and taken wherever you'd like. We also ate at the restaurant on a few occasions - breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food was very good along with the service. We would stay there again at the drop of a hat! Thank you Nasama for making our Vanuatu holiday all the more memorable! As an aside, if possible, get to know a local bus driver and they can take you around the island. We were fortunate enough to meet a very good guy on our second day and we used him for all our trips. He gave us his mobile number and we would call him and arrange timing and price and he was always there early and went the extra mile for us every time. Even when we called him at the last minute when we had an impulsive idea, he was always more than happy to oblige, always pitched and never let us down once - even at such short notice! After our two weeks, him and his partner were part of the family! Also, if possible, take across colouring books, pencils, crayons etc and pass those out to any villages you visit - your heart will melt when you see the joy and gratitude in this kids eyes!!

We are spending ten days at the Nasama Resort on Pango road and just over half way into the holiday we do not want to go anywhere else anytime soon! This place is beautiful, the staff have been amazing, a special mention to HENRY who is always there to help you with anything you need even if it's helping carry the local Tusker beers to your room :) I highly reccomened visiting this place even if you are staying elsewhere on the Island come see Craigo for great cocktails, they have a long happy hour and Mexican night Fridays is definitely a goer!! Rooms are clean and tidy as is the resort and the girls at front desk are great for anything you need or want to book on the Island!!

We've just returned from our Nasama / Vanuatu holiday last week. Nasama is a very lovely resort, clean tidy well appointed and with exceptional friendly staff. We had a beachfront apartment overlooking the bay. The restaurant is of a high standard although, could get expensive if eating there every meal. Overall in Vanuatu for tourists the price of eating out is quite high - suggest buying at the markets in Port Vila for essentials and cooking a few meals at home, maybe breakfast every other day on the balcony. Overall I would highly recommend this delightful resort. One suggestion: perhaps a 5pm call to the volley ball garden for teens or petanque at 4pm. A few young teens around and it's always nice for them to catch up. Or maybe a table tennis challenge on Wednesdays ... just a thought. Highlight: Blue Lagoon. Pack a picnic and spend the day - make sure it coincides with high tide. It's amazing.

We just spent 9 nights in a studio room. This was our 3rd stay and my parents had the room next to us. The rooms are serviced daily and are kept very clean as with the grounds. The maintenance guys are always raking or picking up tree debree. They did put on a little show right outside our unit by taking down some coconuts from the tree that were ready to fall and of course they don't want them to fall and hit someone on the head. The young guy that shimmied up the tree was fantastic and then he sat on the top of the tree and lowered bunches of coconuts down by rope. It was interesting to watch as well as good to see that things like that are thought of to keep the resort safe. The pool is lovely and clean and its so nice to just sit in the water and watch the ocean. I would highly recommend a stay at Nasama

My partner and I stayed here for six nights and really liked it. It’s a small resort, which was exactly what we wanted - it never felt loud or crowded, you could always find a chair to lounge on. Location was perfect - so easy to get into town, yet far enough out that you felt away from it. Room was clean, and had everything we needed (and more!) bed was very comfortable. The women at reception were so helpful, and were great at making recommendations and helping us organise things -nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We unfortunately didn’t get so lucky with the weather - it was so windy and overcast that we didn’t make any use of the pool or beach - but there’s nothing the hotel could have done to fix that!! 😊 All in all, I’d happily stay again, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a mid-range resort that’s small and peaceful.

My wife and I had an eight night stay here. We had a ground floor beach bungalow. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. The bungalows have a kitchenette which came in handy for cooking then eating on the patio each morning. We dined once in the restaurant and had snacks on another evening in the bar area. On Tuesdays and Thursday cafe Vila have an evening happy hour. All the staff were very friendly especially Henry. If you want to Venture out for another bar. Take a left turn and walk down to Brekkas resort. They do happy hour every night. Supermarket is not to far away to grab some essentials. I would stay here again.

We had an extended family group so had three rooms booked. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Although the rollaway bed needed in one room was very uncomfortable with a bar right across the middle. The resort was always clean with staff around all the time. Was disappointing we couldnt get a drink or nibbly food around the pool. The staff in reception were friendly enough but unfortunately not very helpful. I wouldnt rely on the resort to book anything during your stay. The local buses were always there ready to take you to town so that was good. The restaurant attached was OK but expensive - Although the manager was very helpful. Would be good if they had service around the pool. We asked and were told this couldnt be done. So overall it was clean and comfortable with some typical services you expect from a resort lacking.

Enjoyed a week here, clean apartment, self contained, lovely staff, nice pool, good restaurant food on your doorstep and a couple of close shops to buy essentials,, would of rated higher, but the beach is not really sand more coral an stones, the snorkelling is limited to the small pool you can see (still plenty of small fish even saw a sea snake!) and because of the constant wind blowing you cant use the kayaks, Again though ,nothing really wrong its more personal preference, you can easily catch a bus 150vatu each into port vila 10 mins or walk to the ferry for Erakor island 15min

Had a relaxing 8 night stay at Nasama Resort. We were in a beachfront unit that was overlooking the ocean. Very clean and well kept. Thank god for kitchenette as we did cook 3 nights in our room due to how expensive eating and drinking out in Port Vila is. Disappointed regarding beach access as you cannot just walk along the beach. Sand is actually coral so not kind on the feet. Very windy so was not able to utilise kayaks to paddle across to island. For cost of resort snorkelling equipment should be included in the price of the stay. Overall happy with our stay...
