The community offers a wonderful family environment with tennis courts, a playground and fishing ponds and 2 community pool with 1 being Gulf Front with a Gazebo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and boardwalks to the white sugar sand beach. Barrier Dunes is located adjacent to St. Joseph State Park which has been listed as a top beach in the United States several years.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
