This amazing beach house boasts 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 twins, and 1 full bunk bed, and sleeper couch, perfect for a tranquil getaway up to 10 people. 3 bathrooms with a jetted bathtub in the Master Suite and an outdoor shower. Separate Mother-In-Law suite with its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, and living/dining room. Each room has a ceiling fan and there are 2 thermostats, one for the main house and one for the MiL suite. You will feel at home while you're traveling in Port St Joe with 2 stocked kitchens, extra linens and beach towels, throw blankets, and many board and card games. Every bedroom and the 2 living rooms have a hanging., Smart TV with all the streaming services. Margarita Station at the bar with machine, glasses, and everything needed for Happy Hour. The beach house is less than a 10 minute walk to St Joe’s Beach and Mexico Beach known for its white sand, clear blue water, and sandbars allowing you to enjoy the ocean. 5 minute walk to the beautiful resort pool and pool house overlooking the ocean with an additional resort pool a short ride away via golf cart. Boardwalks lead to your private beach access and golf cart only road allows you to drive to any beach point for 2 miles. We have all your beach gear: snorkel equipment, boogie boards, floats and noodles, toys, shell collecting bags, beach wagon w/ 2 levels, 10 beach chairs, 4 bikes, and a 4-person golf cart, and an Outdoor Shower! This golf cart friendly beach community includes 2 heated pools, miles of walking, biking and running trails, restaurants, live music, bars, stores, Aesthics and salon, and even an ice cream parlor and coffee shop! Family movie nights in the summer by the beach along with special festivals and events. Downtown Port St Joe is a five minute drive and we guarantee you find your new favorite seafood restaurant!
