The house was very clean and spacious. The first night was a little rough but it was mostly due to the group we went with. They left after the second night and went to PC because there 4 teenagers were bored. Our kids are grown. My husband and I stayed and enjoyed the beach and the pool. I will say that the pool is a little walk from the house. If you plan on grilling just no they have community grills set up in different areas. All in all for the money it is a great place to visit. It not for people with kids that like to shop or just want to walk on the beach from where they are staying. Port St Joe is more for people who want to get away and take it easy.
