Due to canelation, we have July 26-Aug 2 ooen and have the nightly rate discounted! Open-concept 4 bedroom home with 4 full baths and 1 half bath. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, 3 screen rooms, an open deck on top, and a private 17' swim spa. Rentals include access to the elevator-allowing easy access from ground level to the main floor of the home-also making the home handicap accessible-including a fully wheel chair accessible bedroom and bathroom with an accessible shower and vanity in the en suite bathroom. Boat parking is prohibited, as well as smoking.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
