Gulf Front 3 Bedroom Condo in Mexico Beach at The Vue

Welcome to coastal living luxury. This is a three bedroom, two bath, corner unit on the first floor of the complex The Vue. Our gulf view condo is located in one of the very few ocean front complexes in Mexico Beach. The living room is elegant with an abundance of natural light. The primary bedroom is very spacious with a king bed, all your linens, and attached to a large primary bathroom with a walk in closet, walk in shower, and jetted corner jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms are generously sized with queen beds and share a second bathroom with a double vanity and separate area for the toilet and shower/tub combo. There is a pull out queen sleeper sofa as well as a twin sleeper sofa. There is a full size laundry room. Cook your fresh seafood in the fully stocked, galley kitchen. You can take the elevator or the stairs to the rooftop community pool and hot tub with an unobstructed view of the stars, ocean, and sunsets. Enjoy the community grills near the boardwalk to the beach as well. Located in the prime of Mexico Beach within walking distance to several places to eat, drink, ice cream, or a little shopping.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Prior to departure- take out all garbage from kitchen and bathrooms. Empty the fridge. Take all used linens off the beds and place on top of beds.
Put all furniture back into original location. Set thermostat to 75 AC upon departure in Summer and 63 Heat upon departure in Winter.
All dirty dishes in the dishwasher with it running prior to leaving. Have all towels washed and at least placed into dryer with dryer running prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
