Fully furnished with starter supplies, community pool, tennis court for your workout and relaxation. All rooms with smart TV’s. Air-conditioned, heater, and hurricane shutters. Patio and 2 car parking space. One cover and one un-cover. Indoor washer and dryer. Lovely white shutters in the kitchen and living room to facilitate privacy. 30 day minimum stay due to HOA regulations. Preferable long-term rentals, vacation rentals, especially “snow-birds” or professional medical/nurses.

This was the perfect landing space for us in Port St Lucie. Close to anywhere we wanted to go. Very spacious living room. Owners very great communicators and responded quickly to our questions.
