Great location, but there were small roaches in the dining room and kitchen.
Staff at the front desk was very nice, the pool was really great with alot of activities around it (ping pong, pool, play ground, etc)
A beautiful location surrounded by manicured grounds. Our condo was in excellent condition and easy to navigate to and from. A well secured and safe area. Swimming pool area was clean and inviting. Staff were very friendly, going that extra mile to accommodate us.
Carpet smells. Had a hard time getting housekeeping to come clean. Front desk told me to wash sheets myself

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this room. The unit was well maintained and beautifully furnished. The roman tub was great to have and the patio with table and chairs was a great touch for relaxing in the morning. The staff was great and very accommodating. The property is close to restaurants and entertainment so we didn't have far to go to find something to do.
The hotel was in the perfect spot for a spring training weekend. The hotel had a ton of room and the large dining room table was great. I'll definitely be staying there again the next time I go to spring training.

The 2 bedroom suite was an apartment; huge and lovely! The 4 of us were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. We liked being able to eat in the suite. The pool was great, large & warm. The ONLY negative was the carpet. It needed to be shampooed. The bottom of our feet got dirty.
I was only there one night but it was perfect for me and my 3year old we loved it
I must say the villa at Sheraton PGA was perfect. The location on the property was perfect, Just about walking distance from the learning center and the golf courses. The decor was fine, I'm a bit more of a modern guy, but it was clean, comfortable and a perfect lay out. I hap[en to be fussy about my bed and this was clean, top quality. Just like at your finest resort hotels. The staff checked me in, and upgraded me, because there was availability. Internet was a must, and they even printed my boarding pass in the office for me. If you are looking for a golf vacation spot, take the foursome, take the family... This is a winner! Lg
Room was not like the photos. Hotel would not provide another room. when i called the place i booked vacation I was told to go and find myself another place on my own ...very disapointed..
The name Sheraton speaks for itself,I'm sure there are many who will rate this as a five star establishment, To the eye it has nice staff,beautiful amenities and good customer service until a crisis arises.We recieved a upgrade for free..beautiful.Our guest room had small bugs..many moving in the bed linens.Someone came and saw the bugs but instead of stripping the beds the first time the comforter was ony removed..she left, but there were more bugs..she came back tried to brush them away...I asked if I could put linens on the bed..I did..the bugs were still present...two new comforters were brought the children tried to sleep,...you guessed it still bugs.We were told we can give you another room but not the upgrade and what was I going to do with the four guest that were trying to sleep in that bug infested room? Was it our fault the room had bugs? That is my impression. Next time we will go to the Hilton.Their employees are given an expense account to take care of their clients it's called "damage control" or simply put "CUSTOMER SERVICE". Perhaps the Sheraton should give their employees a reading assignment "Raving Fans"

Very nice accomidations. Really nice to have the kitchen available. Some minor noise issues, but overall quiet and well kept place. The staff was friendly and attentive.
