All bookings require a $500 deposit which is released back to you should there not be any issues 3 days after checkout. All bookings require signing of rental agreement and submission of government ID. This is to protect us as hosts to be sure the person reserving is the person checking in. Check in information will not be given without signed rental agreement, gov ID and security deposit. Without this, your booking will be cancelled at your cost.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

The host of property are Truly a blessing, they helped us super last minute on more then one occasion and I can’t thank them enough for that! The property it self is great, conveniently located to a lot, you can tell the house stays maintained and taken care of from top to bottom. There was a slight issue with water heater which was fixed and working within hours of notifying them. Truly can not recommend a better place to stay then “The Retreat on the Bayou”
