Overall, I was pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. Safe location. Stayed 2 nights, room was very spacious, full kitchen, separate bedroom, but the couch needs replaced. On my cleanliness scale, 8/10 so that’s pretty good. Check in employee was a pleasure to encounter, very sweet and personable. Check out employee, not so much. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. Coffee was awful but food was good. It would be nice to have a list of the channels and what stations they are. There’s many channels to choose from so a network list would be great.

Ugh. Never again will I stay at a Hilton facility. Their name no longer represents a stellar experience. The coffee was always lukewarm. The food was ultra processed and absolute garbage. Homogenized eggs, over ripe fruit, fried hash brown patties. Who in their right mind eats this??? The linens on the bed were gray. Beats me if it was ground in dirt that would never come out or simply poor laundry practices. The kitchen had no dish soap, no sponge, no towels, absolutely zippo to keep the area clean. The floors were linoleum, and I caught a housekeeper moving a mop around in another room, effectively just moving the dirt around. No split bucket to separate dirty water from clean? Simply nasty in every aspect, reflects on the extreme poverty in the area.

Public areas of the hotel were fine. The life preserver by the pool had a cracked buoy and frayed rope. Benches in the breakfast area were frayed and worn. Room was just ok. Bed is hard. Pillows flat. Hideaway bed had a broken frame. Light in the toilet room must have a short out as it blinks. Door was damaged going into the bathroom and attempted to be hidden. Bathfan off center. Great staff. Pools were great! Breakfast was good (add another waffle maker.)

Thought the room was very nice. Lots of space, easy to get some good rest and unplug. Pool area was excellent as well. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but it was nice to be able to grab a quick bite downstairs just to get the day rolling. Things didn’t run out which was nice. They were constantly restocking. Fresh fruit and good coffee. Everyone working was helpful. It was a very nice stay.

The hotel and the room were beautiful! i had the king studio, it was huge. The only negative i have to say is they charged me a fee for my Emotional Support Animal. Ive stayed in many many hotels and have never been charged for my ESA. Seems like that is Hiltons policy. Unfortunately, I guess next time i will chose anotherhotel brand.
