The lady checking me in, was very rude. After giving me my card and telling me my room number, she never bothered to tell me where the room was located. After getting through the locked gates, I drove around trying to find it. I ended up having to go back up to the desk and asking where it was. She did walk out and show me, but she seemed exasperated by having to do it. The room was older, and although it looked like they had tried to update the bathroom, the toilet pulled against the wall. Every time someone sat down, the tub faucet constantly leaked, And there was an old nasty couch sitting in the room. I ordered pizza to be delivered and once the delivery person got there, they called me and told me I had to go upfront to the lobby to get the pizza because they wouldn’t allow them past the locked gate. That completely defeated the purpose of having delivery, because I had to get in my car and drive up to the front in order to pick up the pizza. The next morning, I went to my car and when I returned, I couldn’t get back into the room. It would show green like the key unlocked it, but it wouldn’t open the door. After about seven minutes of jamming and trying and pushing and pulling, I finally got it to open. Then when I went to check out the girl behind the counter, told me they couldn’t give me a receipt! Staff was horrible all the way around and I can’t say as I enjoyed the room either. Would not be anywhere I would go back and stay.

Completely outdated. Paint on tub was peeling so bad, you couldn't take a bath. Pool area was loud, and allowed to stay open past the posted time on week nights. Door lock was broken. Linens seemed dirty. Microwave was so rusted and peeling inside, it would smoke whenever you used it. There was a domestic disturbance one night, and the front desk refused to address it. Would not recommend.

For the cost this place was solid. Definitely seen some better days but was affordable and people kept to themselves. Only issue was the pool. We booked bc of it (compared to similarly priced locations in the area) and we were told multiple times it would be ready for use “tomorrow“. Then we were finally told it would be “a while“. This was incredibly frustrating. The shower had warm, but not quite hot water. This wasn’t a huge deal since it was over 100° there during our stay

Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting. The rooms by the pool are full of bugs and trash that never gets cleaned up. I didn't get new towels for 2 days I had to go to the front desk 3 times and then finally was told to get them myself from laundry. No way will I ever stay here again. The shower is so disgusting I wouldn't even use it.

Stock to your gut

Drove 1hr through traffic. The place looked nothing like advertised. I drove right in front of the hotel and told my driver I didn't want to stay..I was by myself and it looked like a rugged motel for truckers not for some ( women ) traveling by themselves. It was facing the main road with lots of traffic. Not close to anything.
