Great location, steps from the beach. Staff was super friendly. Units include a private hot tub on the balcony which was a nice way to wind down at the end of the day. Units are fully equipped, were very clean, they even arranged the towels to look like figures (crab, shell) and the toilet paper first sheet was a flower. Was super cute. Only negative were the beds uncomfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Even though the condos were very close to each other it was very quiet, especially in the evening. Proximity to the beach was a bonus as was having a hot tub on the deck.

This is like renting an apartment. There is not someone there 24 hours a day to help with emergencies. I was locked out of my room (my fault), but it took 2 hours to get back in. Thank goodness I had my phone with me.
Our room was very clean and comfortable but with no ocean view as close as we were to it was disheartening. The beach was very close and was open with very few people on it . All and all a good vac spot but we prefer ocean view .
The complex is small and well situated for a couple who want to take advantage of the nearby beach (which has loads of sand, unlike many beaches in Southern California). There is a great/inexpensive golf course nearby (Olives Links) which has a wonderful practice area. Ventura is a few miles away and, for those who love to thrift store/junk store shop, it has a plethora of opportunities! We enjoyed our stay and wished that we could have stayed longer.

We, 5 of us, stay for just 1 night, all wished if we could stay longer. Nice 1br apartment, full kitchen, washing, drying machine. Best of all, a private jacuzzi on the back yard, I booked the hotel and did not know we have it. Also, bbq stove with charcoal ready. Hoghly recommended.
Great location. lots of room. Tried the wine & cheese social, and was very impressed!! Jacuzzi is always nice. I will be back for a longer stay!!
Mine was a work day in Ventura so this wonderful condo was a break from chain hotel routine wish I'd been on vacation
This is a great property in a wonderful location right on the beach. In a great beach neighborhood that is not full of crowds and college kids like most other SoCal beaches. I would really recommend staying 2 nights or more to really feel that you can "let loose" and relax here, we only stayed one night and it felt more rushed and stressful - especially with the check in at 4 pm (much later than usual) and the early checkout of 10 am... but overall so nice!
