• Fully equipped solid timber kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, wall oven and breakfast bar overlooking the outdoor entertaining area.

• Undercover entertaining is very private and secure with rear access down Ellis Lane. Use this second entrance as a short cut to the beach and reserve or park your boat in your back yard. The enclosed garage is not available for guest use.

• 2 bedrooms downstairs both with direct access into the central bathroom with linen press and separate W/C.

• 2nd toilet conveniently located off the laundry.

• Upstairs features another bedroom with a TV.
