El Mouradi Palace in Sousse is truly something special. I stayed January 2–17 and had an unforgettable experience. The staff are amazing, the managers are highly trained, and the service feels like real 5-star hospitality. The food was outstanding—clearly handled by a very experienced chef, and every dish was delicious. The rooms were very nice, and security was perfect. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels in different countries, but this hotel is different in the best way. I celebrated a small party here and also spent my honeymoon at the hotel—everything was handled beautifully. Highly recommended for honeymoon, birthdays, family meetings, and any event. The food was fairly good, our family was able to find something to eat that was different or interesting to us each day over the 3 days we stayed. Overall, if your expectations are for a fancy new resort you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a few days of rest and we felt this hotel was decent value for money.
