We do love to invite kids, however parents - some of the art work may be considered a little risque - we don't want to surprise or offend anyone. Its all in good fun, but we want to make you aware. Entry is through a secure door and leads to a staircase into your own private entrance to the apartment- the only common space is the foyer at the top of the stairs I am onsite a lot of the time - my office in just below the apartment and should be available for questions or problems via call, or notifications via air bnb. Although you may not necessarily see me at all. Beaches, jet express, outdoor beverage district, live music, bars, restaurants. Street parking & Private parking available There are several taxi services. This is a very walkable area - you may not need a vehicle at all. Quiet times are after midnight - please be respectful of loud music. Please no parties - it’s a great space for fun - but we don’t want unregistered overnight guest.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
