Property needs a rehab. We stayed in a suite and checked in with 4 people only 2 sets of towels, the pull out had nothing pillows, there was no remote for TV in the room. The staff helped with towels and remote. They didn’t want to go down for something else. For the price a bit disappointed.

The property was clean. Our room was clean, it didn’t smell. The beds aren’t that comfy but it wasn’t the worst. The breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay here again. We didn’t use the pool but it was a great option to have. The virtual check is was different, I love the idea. The staff was amazing! Very nice and helpful people.

Won’t Be Back!

We were checked in by a kiosk, someone who wasn’t working on site, even though there was a worker at the desk. The hotel was dirty and old. They have not kept up with maintenance at all. There were water spots all over the ceiling and our room looked like it had not been swept or wiped down. We’ve stayed at this exact hotel/location in previous years and it was far better the last time. We will not stay here again.

Checking in is now being done at a Kiosk by an offsite person. It’s like a fast food restaurant placing your orders at a touch screen. It’s not good. How are you supposed to make a connection with the staff when you are not speaking with them. I did not like it and will be staying at Hotels that still use people behind the counter to check you in. Sorry, I still believe in interacting with live people.

Love it

I stayed with my two daughters 6 and 12 for a sporting event of theirs. Rooms were clean super affordable pool was fun free breakfast staff was nice. Can’t beat it really!
