Staff all very nice. Beds stiff as boards. However they put us in a room knowing the room had issues with the heat. Heat was completely off when we arrived and took 90mins to warm up and then it wouldnt shut off unless we turned the system off.

Super nice lady who checked us in. Cleanliness was at issue. Stuff still in fridge, hair in shower, and tumbleweed of hair on bathroom floor. Excellent breakfast, remainder of room was clean.
