Comfortable 3-bedroom holiday apartment in Porec - ideal for families and groups



Enjoy relaxed holiday days in our modern furnished semi-detached house on the ground floor of a small, well-maintained bungalow park. The 60 m² holiday apartment offers space for up to 5 people and features a private entrance, a covered terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the green garden.



The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a cosy corner sofa and sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery.



Two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements: a double room with a safe and a room with two single beds, each with insect screens and complete blackout. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and window; additional communal bathrooms are available in the building.



The bungalow park has a saltwater pool, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn, sun terrace, children's playground and fruit and vegetable garden. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity, the beach is only about 2.5 km away.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, diving, boat trips, cycling and hiking tours, wine tastings as well as cultural highlights such as the Pula Amphitheatre or the Brijuni Islands. Airport transfer and air conditioning usage are available for an additional charge.

Mooie bungalow bij een leuk toeristenstadje.

Mooie, compleet ingerichte bungalow. Alles was netjes en schoon. Het zwembad is schoon en prima voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het centrum van Porec is net te ver om te lopen. Op de fiets is het evt. heel goed te doen. Pluspunt zijn de winkels op loopafstand. De weg waar het complex aan ligt geeft wat achtergrondgeruis, maar echt storend is dit niet. Hierbij moet worden vermeld dat "ons" huisje zo'n beetje het dichtst bij deze weg ligt. De ontvangst was hartelijk. De beheerders doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Ze hadden zelf vóór een onverwachte onweersbui (wij waren er niet) de was van de lijn gehaald en binnen gelegd! Het zou zomaar kunnen dat wij nog eens terug gaan.
