Exquisite beachfront villa with sea views, private pool, gym just 700 metres from the beach
This modern villa is located on the edge of the suburb of Spadici near Porec, just 700 m from the sea and 2 km from the town centre. The villa (semi-detached) has a fenced plot with a wonderful 50m2 infinity pool, sun loungers, covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the other with a lounge area. The special feature of the house is the enchanting sea view from the garden and ground floor as well as from all floors. Thanks to its location, the villa is an ideal holiday home for a holiday in Porec, relaxing in peace and quiet but at the same time only a 10-minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and other leisure facilities. The landlord occasionally lives in the other half of the house, but the garden and pool area are for exclusive use. The villa is a holiday home with pool of 200 sqm on three luxurious floors. The ground floor includes the living room with fireplace and plenty of natural light through the large glass walls, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. From the living room there is access to the beautiful terrace. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC and satellite TV and on the second floor there is another double bedroom with its own special wellness bathroom from which you can enjoy the sunset.
Thanks to the large glass surfaces, this villa offers a marvellous view from all rooms. On the ground floor there is a small gym with satellite TV. The pool is heated outside the summer season. Pool heating surcharge (per week) 200,- Euro.
