In the hamlet Mihatovići 1 km from the centre of Nova Vas, 5 km from the centre of Poreč, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach. Private: property 495 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 70 m, café 1.5 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 4.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 9 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
