We had a wonderful time in your hotel. The best place for our children was the kids club.. They had so much fun with the Staff. I LOVED the Activities, i tried yoga, Pilates and aquafitness. I can say only one thing.. You made a great Job! Thanks for the nice time and maybe we see you again! Fam. Angerer
We wanted a relaxing beach holiday in a hotel that meets the needs of our 2-year old and we were not disappointed! This hotel is a kids paradise! It was built for families with small children, and you will see that everywhere in the hotel. Almost all guest have children, so this hotel is definitely not recommended for adults looking for a romantic holiday! But if you have kids under 12 then this is a great choice! The hotel is new, beautifully furnished but you dont feel like your kids could ruin something in any minute, because decoration is quite minimal. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. Cribs are available, and it was free of charge when we visited. The pool area is amazing. There are two pools designed for the smallest. The water is only 25 cm deep and is full of colorful slides and fountains. The baby pool also has a shade which is very practical. As other reviews mention, the kids club area is also great! The staff there is friendly and they organize plenty of activities that the kids can join. There is a small playground close to the pool, so there is really no way that your child will get bored here. We went to the sea once. The hotel nearby has a sandy beach where you can rent sunbeds if you wish. The buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotel is nice. It is catered mostly toward kids, so do not expect gourmet dishes. But if you have a picky eater, you will find all the standard items from a kids menu. The only negative things to mention about this hotel is that meal times can be stressful because of the crowd, but wine at dinner can help with that. ;) The other is the restaurant next to the pool. I would not recommend going there, as the restaurants near the hotel offer much better food for a similar or lower price. All in all, it is a great hotel for families, would definitely recommend it!
A beautiful location - we stayed in the hotel with a sea view balcony which was spacious, clean and comfortable - perfect for kids - lots of swimming, the best chocolate ice cream by the pool and staff (Aleksandra, Andela & Sebastian) running Kids Club with a genuine appreciation for what makes little people happy! Kids disco every night is a workout in itself. Main pool is big and kids pool next to it has plenty to keep them entertained. Clean pool towels on demand plus a pleasant poolside restaurant. Main restaurant turns out immense quantities of food - fresh fruit at every meal, salad mixing station plus a kids dining station, lots of staff replenishing and clearing up. Mealtimes are not relaxing! We chose to eat out one night, for a change. Near to Porec as others have said, local shop, mini golf & decent local restaurants nearby. We took the tourist train all the way to Zelena Laguna & did a day trip to Postojna, Slovenia, which was also stunning.
Excelent staff and very friendly. Very clean rooms brautifuly view on Adriatic sea. Hotel with swiming pool. The price is normal. Food is swedish table and evry body can enjoyed in food. Free drink / jujice, wine and beer/. Excelente deserte it is for me great pleasure. Free parking for car and free wifi.
good hotel in great location..about 2k fromPorec town but a nice flat walk which took us about 25 mins strolling...food good just a bit spoiled by the number of children running around the restaurant making it a bit difficult to eat in peace..
This is definitely a hotel geared towards children. I have never seen so many high chairs in a dining room or so many children running around. You have to dodge the children when you are carrying something hot- I was amazed there were no accidents. There is a pool called the relax pool which I think should be renamed the children’s pool as they are all jumping in and out, playing with balls etc - not exactly relaxing for adults - also there is building work going on across from the pool (noisy)which I understand will soon be finished. The other thing with this pool is that drinks are served in glasses not paper cups which again could easily lead to a nasty accident pools with so many children should serve drinks in paper cups. I did not find the reception staff particularly helpful. We informed them our safe didn’t work and they said they would send someone to fix it they never did. Also if you asked about the area they didn’t seem to know much about it. The barman was also very sullen. The most helpful person in the hotel is the lady in the excursion office next to the shop. She is a fund of information she was very helpful to us even although we didn’t book an excursion. On a positive note if you have children you probably think it is paradise. Rooms etc clean, food varied and quite good, grounds nice and traffic free but as adults we would not return.
Visiting with my partner and baby from the UK. What a perfect place! The hotel is faultless. Staff are really friendly- especially Nikola who was happy to give our toddler a little ride in the suitcase buggy. The hotel is perfect for babies, toddlers and children. Porec itself is beautiful which is a 10minute walk from hotel or jump on the regular mini train. We visited Piran in Slovenia which is beautiful and definitely worth the 50minute drive. We hired a car to do this (about £43 for the day) Also visited Venice on the boat from Porec. 10/10 hotel & resort
The hotel is in a great location. Stopped in a garden suite which was lovely and spacious. The shower is great ,the bed is extremely comfortable, the suite was cleaned on a daily basis. we stopped half board- the food is excellent- so much variety and different things every night- you won’t go hungry! Wine and lager are on tap which is great. Breakfast is lovely. Cannot fault the food at all it really is excellent. The staff are all very friendly. The bar near reception has great cocktails and they are reasonably priced. There is a shop just up the road. Restaurants near by. Its a good half hour walk in to porec you can walk on the road or on a path by the sea- we caught the little land train some days. It costs only 15 kuna one way is worth paying if you get tired of walking! The train isn’t always running though- we found it to be running when the weather was fine. The stop for the train is just down the road. We had only 2 sunny days during our stay which was disappointing but the weather cant be helped. We wanted to do a trip to plitvice lakes but the weather was too bad to be able to go. We did a trip to rovinj and pula though and also baredine caves. The hotel grounds are kept nice and clean and the pool areas are lovely , just unfortunately never got to go round the pool more than once due to the weather! There is work going on opposite the hotel but this wasnt a problem for us. Porec itself is a lovely place to stay and this hotel is in a great location. We did bring our travel kettle as rooms dont have kettles. The electrics in the room were a bit funny we turned one tv on and the other one came on automatically! The bathroom light switched itself on one night too also the wardrobe light. Not really an issue though! The safe is free. :) plenty of bedding and pillows, lots of towels, loads of storage space, a good decent hairdryer- like you would use at home! We would definitely return to this hotel again if we came back to porec.
We live so close to Istria that sometimes we miss how wonderful it can be! We like this venue from the deep, and now we can add another amazing place where spent our time down there. This Park hotel. Perfect location, great brand new rooms, friendly and profy staff, well prepared, fresh food for breakfast and dinner too with a lot of choices! Do you want more... worm water of the pool in April included!
Brand new hotel,we were here 2 years ago,but you cannot compare it how it looks now. Just beautiful. Everything is new, pool is heated, staff very nice, food very good and good choice. If I should be very punctual, I would just recommend to improve 2 things: during the breakfast to have one chef who will take care just about pancakes and give him at least 2 pankaces makers ( now he has only 1 maker and is doing also other things like eggs and so on). Second thing to improve is the noise inside the room if your neighbor above flush the toilet ( especially in the night it is not pleasant, but maybe you cannot do anything with that I guess we had the room on the grounfloor). Anyway other things are perfect. I can just recommend.
