Location is convenient for exploring the central Brecon Beacons. Proprietor loves to chat about the area. Breakfast is tasty and abundant. Our only complaint was a consistent musty smell in the recently renovated bathroom (which *looked* sparkling clean). I told the proprietor about it: she said she wasn’t aware of it, but would look into it.
A very friendly staff, great breakfast and a very clean and comfortable room. The region is very beautiful and perfect for walking or more energetic hiking. I highly recommend this guest house and Merthyr Tydfil as a vacation destination.
