Mooie plek en omgeving met enige nadelen
Heel goed huis, met mooi en vrij terras en uitstekende keuken, slaapkamer en eethoek. Prima uitvalsbasis voor prachtige wandelingen.
Nadelig is echt de parkeerplek, die zoveel rijvaardigheid vereist dat het ons niet zonder schade aan de auto is gelukt. Gelukkig wist de aangrenzende garagehouder ons te wijzen op een vrije parkeerplek vlakbij. Vanuit de interhome was er geen medewerking helaas.
Jammer vonden wij ook de zitplek/bank in de kamer.
Niet zo geschikt om gewoon te zitten en met meer mensen te zitten.
Het uitzicht is prachtig, en de rust in de omgeving erg prettig.

Super!
Das Apartement ist für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind perfekt.
Gemütlich eingerichtet, schöner Blick in die Landschaft. Küche ist super ausgestattet und sehr gutem gepflegten Zustand.
Super Lage am Ortseingang von Pontresina gelegen. Bushaltestelle, Start der Loipe und der Spazier-/Wanderwege direkt vor der Türe.
Negativ sind einzig die defekten Stoff-Rollos an fast allen Fenstern zu nennen. Außerdem ist die Matratze des Bettes ziemlich weich, wahrscheinlich sogar durchgelegen.
Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch. Für Kompaktwagen (VW Golf, 1er BMW, etc.) mehr als ausreichend Platz. Denke es passt sogar Golf Variant oder 3er BMW darein!
