Hotel Allegra-Pontresina

Our stay at the Allegra was delightful. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They cheerfully and patiently answered our many questions. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfasts were excellent. They provided a number of valuable services, including a pass for local transportation and use of the adjacent spa. If we should ever come back to Pontresina again, we will definitely stay at the Allegra.

Had a most enjoyable two-night stay in Room #311. From the moment we checked in with Susan and Regina until we checked out, we were treated warmly and respectfully, with hospitality and good humor. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. Perfect base for exploring the Pontresina-St. Moritz area. Susan and Regina are knowledgeable and helpful, ready to give suggestions and help you plan your day. The travel pass for guests staying 2+ nights is a great benefit. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

From the minute that we walked in we were treated like their favorite customers. The staff and manager were extremely helpful with answers and suggestions. There are so many pluses with staying here, including breakfast and the train and bus passes. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic hotel and (without exception) staff

Our stay in Hotel Allegra was fantastic. Location, all the staff, breakfast, light airy room with fantastic views, access to a washing machine, access to the pool and spa via underground passage. We also received the travel pass for buses, trains, cablecars etc and used it well to access amazing walks, views and sights. Couldn't recommend the hotel more highly. Janet and Marisa
