Recently renovated, this 3 storey townhouse is guaranteed to impress, its fresh, modern, chic design, seamlessly blends with traditional rustic stone walls, solid wood beams and decorative tiles to create a Mediterranean oasis, making it the perfect choice for your stay.
Centrally located, Pius Eleven is just a stone´s throw from Pollensa´s picturesque main square, shops and restaurants and easily accommodates up to 8 people in its luxurious 4 en suite bedrooms, all boasting rain showers.
The living area is comfortable and appealing with a generous L shaped sofa, relax and put your feet up while enjoying your favourite television shows or surf the high speed internet, if you are visiting during the cooler season, why not turn on the cosy wood burner and curl up with a book or play games with the family.
Beyond the living room you will find the modern, fully fitted kitchen, sleek in design, it is equipped with all modern appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, it also has a large wooden dining table seating 8, the perfect place to enjoy a tasty home cooked meal or have a spot of breakfast before exploring the town.
On the upstairs terrace you can enjoy fabulous views of the Puig Maria, enjoying a meal prepared on the top end gas barbecue grill situated up there.
Attractive folding glass doors fully open allowing access from the dining area to the covered terrace, it has a long sofa and table where you can enjoy a cocktail in the cool shade or you can ascend the steps to the elevated pool area where you can recline on one of the sun loungers or take a dip in the pool to cool off, there is also an outdoor shower to use before taking the plunge! The pool measures 5m x 2m and is 1.2m deep approx. and can be heated on request.
Up on the first floor you will find two good-sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, one has bunk beds and an en suite bathroom which is great for children, the other is the bright and stylish second master bedroom, also with en suite bathroom.
This level also leads out onto a grand, glass fronted terrace where you are treated to views of the monastery atop the Puig de Maria as well as the pool below.
The terrace is a fantastic space for entertaining; it has a table and chairs for 8 guests, an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, sink and food preparation area and is ideally suited for pre-dinner drinks with friends or alfresco dining under the stars during the summer.
The second floor features 2 more large en suite bedrooms with charming, sloped, wood beamed ceilings and smart design throughout. The beds in both rooms on this floor are zip and lock beds which can be separated into singles making the configuration very flexible to suit your needs.
Pius Eleven is a fantastic townhouse with enviable outdoor entertainment areas, it´s perfect for groups and families looking to be in walking distance from all amenities - you`ll only need the car when you head off to the beach!

It was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!
We stayed at the Townhouse Pius Eleven for 4 weeks to do workation in Mallorca. The house was renovated and equipped to a very high standard and therefore ideal for working and vacationing at the same time. The heated pool and the location were certainly the special highlights among many other amenities of the house. Pollenca is for us one of the most beautiful small towns on Mallorca and far enough away from mass tourism. Balearic Villas is an excellent agency and was always prompt, professional and communication always quick. In addition, we were always well looked after by our on-site contact Joan.

Superb house in the heart of a historic town
We've recently spent our 2 wk holiday at this beautiful property which does not disappoint in any way. The house is an old traditional 3 storey town house and blends into the attractive streets in the heart of the town. Once inside everything is bright, airy and tastefully renovated to an exceptional standard.
There’s everything we needed for a comfortable stay from a well equipped kitchen, outdoor seating area leading to a refreshing plunge pool, sunny 1st floor terrace with dining table seating up to eight & gas bbq for alfresco dining. All four spacious double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with large walk in showers. We didn’t use the air con during our stay, which is built in to each room, but I’m sure this becomes a welcome option in the heat of summer. We did make full use of the wifi which worked well throughout the house.
We loved Pollensa. It has a great feel to it and is full of character dominated by impressive blonde stone architecture, with the Tramuntana mountains as an attractive backdrop. It offers a more cultural experience than the touristy beach resorts, it is a friendly and welcoming place, enjoyed by both locals and visitors. The house is on a quiet street but it is only 2 minutes’ walk around the corner to the bustling main square with a host of authentically Mallorcan cafes and restaurants and selection of welcoming bars. We’d recommend trying the tasty tumbet at Onze, a stylist restaurant / wine bar in the main square.
As we were in Mallorca for two weeks we hired a car so could explore other areas on the island which were all less than an hour drive away. We’d recommend day trips to Cap de Formentor, Palma, Soller, Valdemossa, Deia or Arta if you have the time.
We visited the beaches at Porto Pollensa & Cala Sant Vicenc which are about 10 mins drive away as well as Alcudia which is also close by and worth visiting. We found parking easy as there’s plenty of on road parking either on the street in front of the house or nearby, & free of charge. Don’t park on the streets near the square (or in front of the house) on Saturday evening as stalls set up early on Sunday morning for the weekly Sunday market!
The only minor negative of the holiday was the odd hungry mosquito when we’d forgotten to put on repellent!
Overall we had a great holiday & would highly recommend this lovely house in a beautiful part of the Island - we’re already missing our breakfasts on the sunny terrace. We’ll definitely book again!

A breathtaking property in a fantastic location - a 5 star experience.
We've been fortunate enough to travel a fair bit over the years and to have stayed in some lovely accommodation - and this one is right up there with the best.
The house is beautiful and new and has everything that you could want, from the large plunge pool at the back to the 4 en suite bedrooms and the lovely terrace for the evening G&T's. All rooms have the essential air conditioning - even in October it was great to have this on tap when needed.
We were able to park at the front of the house without any problem, which was ideal, but do follow the directions closely as the house is close to the centre of the town. Once you have done it once it's easy to navigate back to in the car - although we spent most of our time simply taking the 2 minute stroll from the front door to the lovely restaurants in the middle of the town square.
So a lovely property in in a superb location in a wonderful part of Majorca - we will definitely be back!
