Comfortable Sofas, a big Flatscreen TV, contemporary art pictures combined with rustic Mediterranean style, the perfect balance to feel like at home. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table byside where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee and patio doors leads to the outside covered terrace. Perfect for relaxing to have outdoor meals while keeping an eye on the children playing in the swimming pool.



All three bedrooms are bright and airy with ample storage and provide air conditioning at no extra cost. There are 2 double bedrooms and one Twin Bedroom, sharing 4 nice bathrooms, 3 with shower and one with bath shower.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
