This cosy and bright apartment, tastefully decorated, is located in a quiet residential area of Puerto de Pollença, just 500 metres on foot from the beautiful Pine Walk beach, one of the most iconic and charming areas in the north of Mallorca.

Situated on the first floor of a small apartment building, it is accessed via stairs. The property has been carefully designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay, ideal for one or two people.

The apartment features a pleasant living-dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. Both the living room and the bedroom have air conditioning with hot/cold mode, ensuring comfort all year round.

From the living room, you can access a lovely private balcony equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a drink at sunset.
