Chalet Bernat is a charming villa with mountain views, located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets and shops in Puerto Pollença. It features a large terrace with a private swimming pool surrounded by lawn, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.



From the pool area there is direct access to the living room and the fully equipped kitchen, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. The interior is bright, modern and decorated in a fresh and welcoming style.



The property offers two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom for the rest of the house. Family summer holiday

Had a lovely family summer holiday at Villa Bernat. Check in & communication was faultless from initial booking to when we checked out. Any queries or questions were answered in no time at all via their WhatsApp. Villa was just what we were looking for & it was great having our own pool. Pleasant 10 min walk to bars & restaurants & the Eroski for supplies. Our girls aged 2.5 & 5 had a great time too.

We expected better

Sadly we were very disappointed with the villa, the bathrooms were not great, nowhere in the shower to put shower gel, shampoo etc, the showers were very poor and dribbled out the water. The towels were tiny. Air conditioning did not work in the second double bedroom and the bed was so uncomfortable. The pool had layer upon layer of aphids when we arrived, it clearly had not been cleaned. Broken chairs around the table outside. We were so disappointed we ended up checking out early and staying in a hotel.

Fantastic place for a family holiday with a family-friendly pool onsite. Near enough to Port de Pollenca to walk in for dinner and to visit the beach, restaurants and bars.

Excellent location and with lovely outdoor space and pool

The property was in a great location, easy to walk into town and to the large Eroski supermarket. The garden and pool were very secluded and well kept, fresh figs on the trees were delicious! An outdoor shower room was very useful after swimming. The villa indoors is clean and functional, rather than luxurious. The sofa is uncomfortable as was the main bed but everything else was fine. The air conditioning was much appreciated and we only had problems in 2 nights with the power cutting out. The agent and owner/housekeeper who changed our towels mid-week were very attentive and helpful. Overall we would consider staying at this villa again.

Small very basic villa. Disappointingly the second bathroom/shower room was not in the villa but near the pool area which was most inconvenient. There was no cupboard or a shelf even to store toiletries. Will not return.

Perfect villa for a family break

Me, my wife and our 2 boys (aged 3 and 5) stayed here for 8 nights. It is in a private area with no other properties for 100 metres or so. It's a quick 10 minute walk to a large supermarket and 15 mins to the beach at a strolling pace. We didn't need a hire car as the shuttle from the airport dropped us at the duva and the bus stop at the end of that road took us to all the town's and beaches we wanted to visit. We also met the owners who were very nice and very helpful.

Beautiful & quiet but close to the resort... PERFECTO

Lovely villa in a beautiful garden with stunning views of the mountains. Had everything we needed and was very clean. The table tennis was a well used bonus as the pool was a bit to cold in April. 10 mins walk into pollensa port with beach shops & restaurants. Loads to see and do the area! We loved it and had a much needed quiet and relaxing holiday.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Da man in der Coronazeit versucht Lokalitäten zu meiden, ist die Ferienunterkunft das A und O. Hier hat man alles was man braucht, Privatsphäre, grossen Pool, Grill, vollausgestattete Küche, Netflix, Amazon Prime.Bäder und Zimmer ebenfalls Klasse. Lidl und Eroski in 5 min Fahrt erreichbar, abenso wie diverse Lokalitäten, Bars und Restaurants. Der Strand auch. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, sollte man auch wirklich haben, und haben die Ganze Gegend erkundet. Wundervolle Natur, tolle kleine nicht überfüllte Buchten, türkisgrünes Wasser. Die Lage mit den Bergen und dem Meer ist einmalig. Für Wanderer gibt es sehr viele tolle Wanderwege und Orte, die man nur zur Fuss erreichen kann. Alles in einem, sehr empfehlenswert!

Great Property and Location

We spent such a nice stay in Villa Bernat, the home is very well equipped, clean and tidy. The owners very friendly and welcoming. We specially like the point when chose Villa Bernat that we could go to the beach and town walking, and still had full privacy and space. Thank you again!
