Muy cuqui

El apartamento está muy bien. Esta muy cerca del mar en una zona muy tranquila y tiene vistas a la sierra de tramuntana por un lado y al mar (por un huequecito) por el otro lado. Las habitaciones están bien y el salón es amplio.

Sehr schön Wohnung mit toller Aussicht und Lage! Traumhaft schön! Parkplätze findet man unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei. Der Pool ist jedoch NICHT inklusive. Er kostet 15 p. P. Pro Tag und die Inhaber des Restaurants sind leider sehr unfreundlich.

Pro:Sehr saubere Unterkunft, tolle Aussicht und ausreichend Platz für vier Personen.Einige Sicherheitsaspekte die im Inserat standen fehlten in der Wohnung, aber Melanie hat schnell geantwortet und die fehlenden Dinge wurden gebracht. Auch Carmen war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Contra:Was uns bei Buchung und Beschreibung des Inserats nicht ganz klar war, dass der Pool nicht kostenlos genutzt werden darf. Dieser gehört zur anliegenden Bar. Dort musst du was essen UND trinken, um den Pool zu benutzen (die Preise sind eher hoch). Möchtest du zusätzlich eine Liege benutzen kostet das 8. Jeder kann den Pool nutzen, der dort hinfährt und zahlt. Dieser gehört nicht zur Unterkunft und ist nicht kostenlos, sollte also lieber aus dem Inserat entfernt werden.

Incredible location. We used the beach chairs every day; really good to have these at the flat, Balcony pretty small, but the close proximity of the sea made up for that. Amazing views from each window; even a sea view from the front. The street was quite noisy first thing in the morning as deliveries were made to the hotel. There is no door on the main bedroom so would make it awkward unless sharing with family members. All in all, a very relaxing place to stay and would recommend.

Superb location

What a little gem of a place. Ideal location just off the pinewalk and 2 mins to a little sandy beach near Il Dor Hotel. Apartment catered for everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean lovely beds and well equipped kitchen. We were two couples in our 60's but would suit a family of 4. Highly recommended.

Great apartment

The apartment is located at the quiet end of the Pine Walk and is light, airy and well equipped. 15 minutes scenic stroll along the Pine Walk to the main centre of bars and restaurants but there's a Spar shop and nice bar nearby (The Store). We enjoyed breakfasts on the front balcony with the sea view and the opportunity to use the pool at the Laguna bar below, not to mention a birthday meal on the beautiful front line terrace of the Illa d'Or hotel nearby. Would be happy to return.

Great location

Had a good stay. Great location close to Pine Walk with a view of the sea from the balcony. Really close to Hotel Illa d’Or for pre-dinner drinks & The Store is great for breakfast. Ideal for what we needed the accommodation for.

Port de Pollenca apartment near Pine Walk.

This two bedroom apartment was perfect for us in a location that we like and know well. The property was spacious enough for three or four people and also had sunny balcony that even had a sea view. A couple of minutes to the end of the Pine Walk and all the delights of Port de Pollenca. Highly recommended!

Great Location

The property was as advertised - well positioned with great views into the hills. The living area and bedroom were good sizes. The kitchen was small and the fridge disappointing given the climate and that the apartment is listed for 4 people. Equally the balconies were narrow and small. The bathroom was adequate. However, for 2 people the spaces were sufficient. Easy walk into town, great base for walking and exploring the beautiful part of the island. Carmen was welcoming and helpful.

Puerto Pollensa

Melanie’s apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely large bed and soft pillows. We were grateful for the heating as it can be quite chilly in January in P.P. The location is great, very close to the beach and although it was quiet during our stay in winter with a 15 - 20 minute walk to nearest restaurants and bars, later in the year there would be plenty of choice much closer. Useful having the two balconies giving a choice of sun or shade with lovely views of the mountains from the back. Melanie was a very helpful host and responded to queries promptly. Would definitely return.

Great location!

A few minutes walk from the pine walk, then another few minutes along the pine walk to the first beach. Very close to Store which is great for drinks and also has a very handy spar next door. We really appreciated the foldable deckchairs that we could borrow for the beach, no need to hire them! Good sized apartment with everything you need, great for families of 4! Loved it, would recommend!
