Villa Amaranta is a luxury property which has been fully restored with modern fixtures, fittings and luxury furnishings, offering excellent amenities and it is within walking distance to the Historic old town of Pollensa.

The villa is located in an exclusive and quiet area with amazing mountain views, just a short walk from the town center and about 10-minute drive to the sandy beaches
of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

Villa Amaranta consists of 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and it can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, it has private pool with optional gating, 3 Smart Tv´s, Netflix, Sonos music system, children’s toys, private parking and air-conditioning throughout.

On the ground floor we find a super modern fully equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances for your convenience including ovens, hob, microwave, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, there is also an island with breakfast bar, as well as a spacious dining area with large, round table and chairs seating 8. The bright living area has been tastefully decorated, with a flat screen internet tv. From the living room you can reach the first en-suite bedroom with its own patio access through stylish glass doors.

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with ample storage and built in wardrobes, 2 of the bedrooms feature Juliette balconies, allowing you to fully appreciate the countryside and mountain views beyond.

Outside there are several terraces with tables and plenty of seating for alfresco dining, the attractive private pool with sun loungers and in addition there is a soft play area with children’s Wendy house for entertaining the little ones. Please note that the pool can also be gated on request.

- credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
