Stay here with the nicest host in Polignano a Mare

Francesco runs an organized, charming an comfortable establishment. He is accessible at all times for advice or help and his rooms and common areas are very serviceable. Expect a classic Italian breakfast just up the street at Chocolate Caffe where the owners take great care of the Casa della Nonna guests. The rooms are a bit on the rustic side, but the bed is comfortable and fresh towels are always available. A communal kitchen provides a real refrigerator for your food or leftovers and a cute courtyard in back gives you a nice outdoor space. There is a good deal of street and overhead noise (upstairs neighbor?) but parking is right in front. Of course, the city is super charming.

The place is dreamy and on a street where there is a LOT of night life but once you were inside the property you could not hear the crowds! Host was very friendly and fulfill our requests when we needed something. We will for sure keep this place in mind for future visits.

Would Recommend!

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable for our family. It’s in a good location walking distance to all restaurants, water, coves, shopping. Parking is easy in that area…. We had no problems at all.

Appartement entier avec plusieurs chambres. Cuisine et terrasse communes. Très bien équipé, neuf. Mais transformations sans aucune insonorisation: très bruyant. Propriétaire très pressé. Pour le petit-déjeuner, service minimal: un ticket pour un café et un croissant au café du coin (qui est une bonne adresse ceci-dit). Cher pour y être une nuit, sans avoir forcement besoin de la cuisine et cie.
