The property is a chic sophisticated hotel that is amazingly overlooking Lama Monachile. Beautiful rooms with an amazing breakfast and staff! Leah and Eleanor are beautiful inside and out and so helpful! I highly recommend, I stayed an extra day and upgraded the room with a terrace! Spectacular!!!

We had a beautiful suite with a wonderfully comfortable mattress, and couch. There was a direct and great view of the beach, located in the historic part of the city. the staff was accommodating, and made you feel like family. The included breakfast was acceptable. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have counter space for toiletries and storage space for unpacking your suitcase. Otherwise near perfection.

The room was great! We did not have a view of the sea but it was fantastic. Modesto was great in helping with our bags and car. If you are brining a car they have a private parking lot very close by. We loved our server at breakfast too!

San Michele Suites is effortlessly charming. The location is spectacular, with pristine, beautifully scented suites that literally hover over the sea, offering breathtaking views. Everything was absolutely immaculate. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They managed to turn an already stunning trip into a complete fairytale. A special, massive thank you to Valentine, who genuinely looked after us with an unmatched level of care. She picked us up outside the historic center where our driver left us, arranged an incredible boat tour in less than two hours, organized our port transfers, and gave us flawless restaurant recommendations. To top it off, she invited us for a fantastic aperitivo, and on our departure day, she not only walked us and our luggage back to our driver but also prepared a cinematic, picture-perfect breakfast to go. We also must highlight the immense kindness of Nicole, Valerie, and the wonderful kitchen and housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly attentive and warm. Polignano a Mare is breathtaking, but the team at San Michele Suites made it unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything!…

We had the most incredible stay at San Michele Suites. This place is not to be missed, it may be the most charming and beautiful place I have ever stayed. Most beautiful view from our suite right over the Lama Monachile, the most incredible staff with amazing service. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable when I was sick and they went above and beyond to have dry cleaning done on short notice. Cannot give a higher rating.

Equipe do café, encarregados das malas e bar foram incríveis, porém a recepção confusa. Quarto muito claro pela manhã, black out mal posicionado o que nos fazia acordar junto ao nascer do sol. Banheiro junto ao quarto, sem separação, incômodo e chuveiro fraco q molhava o pequeno espaço do banheiro. Muito barulhento quando, a porta não cortava o barulho de quem andava nos corredores e as janelas poderiam ser anti ruído. Não há elevadores e escada muito pequena e perigosa. Café da manhã incrível. Um custo benefício ruim. Não voltaria

Localização incrível dentro do centro histórico, perto de tudo , para quem vai de carro tem um estacionamento do hotel próximo do centro histórico , em que eles te orientam e te ajudam com as malas, oferecendo todo o serviço de um hotel 5 estrelas.Ficamos num quarto com vista para a praia , foi maravilhoso acordar com a vista da praia !A equipe do hotel extremamente simpática, educada e muito atenciosa! Tem um rooftoop muito agradável! Minha irmã comemorou o aniversário em grande estilo, fizeram um bolo gostoso e lindo , um muito obrigada equipe toda a equipe do hotel ! Amamos tudo !
