DO NOT STAY HERE,! The property itself is lovely. Very centrally located. However the check in process was a huge pain. I spent a couple hours messing around on my phone trying to finish the process. After a few hours we realized there was no heat or hot water. We attempted to contact the property owner and to this day still have not received a response. Communication with the owner was TERRIBLE I was so upset we left after just one night, forfeiting the cost of our second night, which we will try to recover. Expedia was of little help, shuffling us off to VRBO customer service who could do nothing but offer a $50 credit. Due to its location in the heart of the tourist area we also found it quite noisy through the night as restaurants and other businesses cleaned up after a busy day. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I will also be much more careful reserving VRBOs in the future. It just isn't worth the hassle we had to go through. Save your money. Stay elsewhere. There's lots of other options in Polignano a Mare
