No Parties / Unregistered Guests
Parties are strictly prohibited. A $500 violation fee will be charged for any party, plus additional cleaning fees as necessary. Violators must vacate the property.

Number of Guests: A fee of $50 will be charged for each guest over 4, unless otherwise discussed with us, even if the person does not stay overnight. This is to prevent parties.

Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers.

We kindly ask that prior to leaving, do all your dishes, gather towels and start a load in the washing machine, and take out the trash. This helps us keep the cleaning cost down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.

Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home. There will be no smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or a $500 charge.

Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.

Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet`s feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $200 fee for animal waste found on the property after you leave. No pets in the pool. Please note that the pets are not to be left alone at the home.

Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, a mandatory cleaning service is required at the guest`s expense. This ensures that the accommodation is well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.

Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.

Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This place is a fun, unique rental with beautiful night skies filled with stars. Spacious deck with beautiful views. For a tiny home, it has all the amenities you would want. We went riding just outside of Georgetown. Georgetown is a wonderful small town vibe. Amazing sandwiches at the market. Call ahead they get busy!Ryker was great to work with. Thank you!!

Lovely, secluded spot with beautiful views. There are no over hangs or umbrellas for protection from sun or rain, so if it is very hot or rainy you will be stuck inside. The couch/chairs are comfy though so not a problem. It was a rainy weekend for us but fortunately the sun came out for most of the day on Saturday and we were able to enjoy the deck. The mini-splits (heating/cooling) are more than adequate for the space. A few extra blankets would have been nice as it was a chilly weekend. Shower/bathroom, kitchen area was all well appointed and in good working order. If you use Google GPS to get there, it does not take you quite far enough down the road and it feels confusing. You need to drive just a bit farther down the road to get to the well marked turn off to get to the house. If you do that it is very easy to get to. We were three friends just looking for a relaxing, cozy weekend to visit and catch up and this was perfect for that.

Good communication with the host, very prompt at getting back to us. However, we were given incorrect instructions on how to enter the premises. Spent 20 minutes walking around the property due to not having the correct instructions. Beds listed were a king and queen, however there was only a queen and full. Overall a nice property but a rather terrible check in process.
