Comfortable, immaculate space that easily accommodated 9 of us in Pittsburgh for my Dad's 90th birthday. We enjoyed the spacious combo kitchen/living/dining area on first floor. Really enjoyed the property and location. Pay attention to the pricing - the listed price is only for the first guest….each additional person is 20 per person per day . It would seem that if you are looking for a house for 12 people, the pricing would reflect that - not just for one person. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay :)

We used the house for a weekend football game get away. House was great, very clean, well maintained and the location was great for short walks to restaurants and small shops. The owner was very responsive to all our question's and made our stay smooth. I highly recommend this house for groups of 5 to 10 people.

Some colleagues and I stayed here for a small conference being held at CMU. It was convenient that everyone had their own bathroom. The one bedroom downstairs has its bathroom just off from the kitchen (rather than en suite), but it worked fine. At first, we found the exterior of the building a bit off-putting, but the inside was clean and well appointed -- not luxury, but comfortable. It was nice to have a separate thermostat on each floor of the building. Also, one member of our group was able to go running in the near by cemetery, which was nice and felt safe.

Our stay at this three-story house was truly wonderful. The layout, with a bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and two bedrooms plus a playroom (complete with a futon) on the third floor, provided ample space for everyone. The newly renovated interior made the house feel modern and exceptionally clean. The hose also provided ample amounts of essential items like garbage bags and bathroom tissue. Despite an unexpected challenge with the water heater, the host's immediate response and quick resolution showcased their attentiveness. The host was not only prompt but also easy and kind to work with. Additionally, the house's close proximity to downtown Pittsburgh was a major plus. Although the neighborhood initially seemed a little shady, it turned out to be safe and pretty quiet, further enhancing our overall positive experience. We were a full house with 12 people but each of us loved this home.
